is used by The-Fan-Man ONLY for the specific purpose of meeting
your purchasing needs. We do not provide your personal information,
e-mail address, phone number or any transactional information
you submit to others. Customer information is used for contacting
purchasers when necessary to fill their order.
Returns
All returns must have prior return
authorization. Please contact The-Fan-Man at (866) 435-6477
to obtain an authorization number. This number must be written
on the outside of your packaging when returning an item. Non-defective
returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be
returned prepaid within 30 days of original invoice. Returns
are only accepted when all original packaging is intact and
in good shape. Defective merchandise may be returned, prepaid,
with return authorization, and an evaluation will be made.
Credit or replacement will be issued where applicable.
